Click on the Reset Account Password button on the login screen.

Please contact explaining who was your previous manager and who you new one now is.

Please check your Junk Folder and your deleted items in Outlook.  If it is not there you can select the Resend Activation link on the login screen.

Yes it does.  If you log out, or the internet connection drops for any reason, and then log back in later, you will be redirected to the same question you were on when you left.

During the evaluation you are presented with a series of choices (either 1-9 or grouped answers). To get the most out of the evaluation process you need to be as honest and accurate as possible.

  • Read the three (or more) descriptions under each score
  • Choose the one description which most closely matches
  • Now decide ‘does this exactly describe me?’, if you are slightly above or below then adjust your score to reflect that
  • There is no benefit in scoring yourself above where you truly feel you are today
